Children with special needs shine light on what is most important

December 24, 2009

Merry Christmas to all our friends and visitors – May God bless us all!  Almost everyone is familiar with Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol  (Disney has a fabulous version out right now on the big screen).  Tiny Tim, whose infirmity and disability is a source of gentleness, grief, and joy at different points throughout the tale, is the one figure who can move the stony heart of Scrooge. Why is that?- it’s something to reflect upon, especially, in this season of love.

Enjoy this story and video collage sent over by the Dad of Chloe,  a little girl with Down syndrome. Chloe’s best friend is featured in the article.
