A moment worth waiting for

We posted about Kelly Frey several weeks ago. Her unborn baby Bennett Ryan had been diagnosed with the most severe type of  holoprosencephaly and he was not expected to survive. Yesterday beautiful baby Bennett was born into the world – breathing. Ms. Frey and her husband asked a photographer to document Bennett’s birth. She has posted some of the pictures – but fair warning, you will need to grab a tissue, because these images are as poignant as it gets.

** Everyone is crazy about this little boy . . . but none moreso than these two starstruck parents. A “moment” has turned into a week worth waiting for!
